1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、ユーザーが記録機能を使用したときに以下の情報を取得します。

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定する情報は収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
2. 情報の利用目的
- 移動経路を地図上に表示するため
- 距離・時間・速度などの統計を計算・表示するため
- ユーザーが選択した形式（GPX / CSV / KML）でデータを書き出すため
3. データの保存場所
- 記録データは原則としてお使いの端末内に保存されます。
- iCloud 同期を有効にした場合、データはあなた個人の iCloud プライベートデータベースにのみ保存されます。これは Apple が管理する領域で、開発者がアクセスすることはできません。
- 開発者が運営するサーバーや外部サービスに位置情報が送信されることは一切ありません。
4. 第三者への提供・解析
- 収集した情報を第三者へ提供・販売することはありません。
- 広告 SDK、行動解析 SDK、クラッシュレポート SDK 等は一切組み込んでいません。
- ユーザーの行動をトラッキングすることはありません。
5. データのエクスポートと共有
データの外部への持ち出しは、ユーザーが明示的にエクスポート機能（GPX/CSV/KML）を操作し、共有先を選択した場合にのみ行われます。共有先の取り扱いは、その共有先サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. データの削除
各記録はアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。設定画面から全データを削除することも可能です。アプリを削除すると端末内のデータは消去されます。iCloud 上のデータは iOS の設定または iCloud の管理画面から削除できます。
7. 位置情報の許可
本アプリの記録機能には位置情報の許可が必要です。バックグラウンド記録（画面オフ時の継続記録）には「常に許可」が必要です。許可はいつでも iOS の設定から変更でき、取り消してもそれまでの記録データは保持されます。
8. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新およびアプリ内での告知を行います。

Summary: GPS Logger stores your recorded data only on your
device and in your personal iCloud account. It shows no ads, shares nothing
with third parties, and performs no behavioral analytics. Your location data
is never sent to any external server.
1. Information We Collect
This app collects the following only when you use the recording feature:
- Location data (latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading, GPS accuracy)
- Date/time, duration, and distance of each recording
- Title, memo, and category that you optionally enter
- Photos you take while recording, with their capture location and time
- Destination and favorite-place locations that you set
- Device battery level at the time of recording (as reference data)
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number. No account is required.
2. How We Use the Information
- To display your route on a map
- To calculate and show statistics such as distance, time, and speed
- To export your data in the format you choose (GPX / CSV / KML)
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
- Your recorded data is stored on your device by default.
- If you enable iCloud Sync, data is stored only in your personal iCloud private database, an area managed by Apple that the developer cannot access.
- Your location data is never sent to any server operated by the developer or any external service.
4. Third Parties & Analytics
- We do not provide or sell your information to any third party.
- We do not embed any advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We do not track your behavior.
5. Data Export & Sharing
Data leaves the app only when you explicitly use the export feature (GPX/CSV/KML) and select a destination. Handling of shared data is governed by that destination service's privacy policy.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete any recording at any time, and delete all data from settings. Deleting the app removes the data on your device. iCloud data can be removed via iOS Settings or iCloud management.
7. Location Permission
The recording feature requires location permission. Background recording requires the "Always" permission. You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings; revoking does not delete previously recorded data.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as needed. For significant changes, we will update this page and notify users within the app.
